What we collect
The buyer form asks for your name, email, phone number, purchase budget, preferred location, buying timeframe and self-declared funding position. You may also provide a preferred yacht and a message. The partner form asks for your name, business name, email, phone number, role, yachts and locations covered, and any proposed introduction terms. We record the date, enquiry type and your agreement to be contacted.
Why we use it
We use buyer details to respond to the request, clarify the yacht brief and discuss a relevant seller or broker introduction. We use partner details to discuss the business, available yachts and any introduction arrangement. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Sharing your enquiry
Buyer and partner details are saved in a private enquiry inbox. They are not automatically forwarded to a yacht seller. We obtain your permission before sharing your details with a named seller or broker for a specific introduction. Permission for an introduction does not authorise unrelated marketing or unrestricted onward sharing. Hosting providers process data to run the website.
Storage and access
Only the site owner can access the enquiry inbox. Details are kept while handling the enquiry and any agreed introduction, and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Please avoid sending identity documents, banking information or other sensitive documents through this form.
Cookies and spam prevention
This version has no advertising pixels or optional analytics installed. Private inbox sign-in uses authentication cookies. The form uses a hidden spam field and a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions.
Your requests
To ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry, use the contact form and include “Privacy request” in your message. Include the email address and reference associated with your enquiry. Applicable privacy rights and complaint routes depend on your location.
