A clear brief before the introduction
We speak with prospective buyers about their preferred yacht, budget, viewing availability and intended purchase date. Our focus is buyers intending to purchase within one month, who state that funds are available or finance is agreed.
We record what the buyer tells us. You confirm the yacht’s availability, specifications and price, carry out your own due diligence, and handle viewings and the sale directly.
Terms that fit the transaction
Depending on the yacht and your role, we can discuss a percentage of the completed sale price, a share of your brokerage commission, or a fixed fee payable on a completed purchase.
We agree the covered yachts, fee calculation, paying company and payment trigger in writing. There is no automatic percentage. Dealer-owned stock and owner-listed brokerage yachts may need different arrangements.
Start with a defined selection
We can begin with a small selection of yachts you own or are authorised to represent. Each buyer is registered under the agreed terms, with a clear process for identifying an existing active relationship and protecting accepted introductions.
Buyer details are shared only with permission for the named introduction. The buyer’s acquisition entity or a change to another yacht within the agreed coverage should not remove an agreed fee. Any wider coverage is agreed separately.
Permission to use yacht photographs, specifications or listings is separate from the introduction agreement. A conversation here does not establish a partnership or authorise us to advertise your yachts.
